What Zoho CRM Leads look like in Excel Online

FAQ: Excel Online

Do I need to install anything?

No. There are no plugins, add-ins or downloads to set up. Flatly writes XLSX files to your OneDrive, and you open them in Excel for the web (formerly Excel Online), which runs in the browser. Excel for the web is free with a Microsoft account; a Microsoft 365 subscription is not required.

Where are the files stored?

In your OneDrive, hosted by Microsoft, in the Apps > Flatly folder.

I use a work or school account. Which destination do I pick?

Choose OneDrive for Business. Excel Online connects to the OneDrive of a personal Microsoft account. OneDrive for Business connects to the OneDrive included with a Microsoft 365 work or school account. Files in either open in Excel for the web.
