Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical content for training programs
  • Deliver training sessions to customers throughout our market
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to produce high-quality customer-facing content, such as data sheets, white papers, product demos, and online tutorials
  • Create and/or modify visual aids, such as diagrams, charts, and drawings, to improve end user understanding of the technical content
  • Update documentation in response to changes in the product or messaging
  • Evangelize the use of our product at trade shows, conferences, user groups, and other outreach opportunities
  • Report and track customer interactions and the results of your outreach
  • Serve as a technical expert for content creation and marketing initiatives
Experience:
  • Proven experience in evangelism management or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing and improving operational processes and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business marketing
Educational requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree (or related field)

Ideally, 2 years to 4 years experience in an agency environment working in multi-tiered tasks

Description:

We are looking for a technical evangelist with a talent for expressing technical concepts in a clear, engaging way. This role will serve as our first point of contact with our customers, both online and in person. The key responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, creating awareness of new features, and telling our brand’s story at industry events, customer offices, and online through webinars, blog posts, and other content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for sharing technology with others.
