How it works

  1. 1

Authenticate BambooHR (OAuth) and Airtable (OAuth) in the Flatly dashboard. You only have to do this once.

  2. 2

    Choose your datasets

Pick which BambooHR datasets to sync and set your sync frequency. The frequencies available to you depend on your Flatly plan.

  3. 3

    Data lands in Airtable

Flatly uploads your BambooHR data to Airtable automatically and refreshes it based on your sync frequency.

Airtable

Your data, live in Airtable

Flatly writes your synced data sets directly into Airtable bases, keeping your tables fresh without any manual exports.

Tables per data set.
Each synced data set lands in its own named table, ready to filter, sort, and link to other bases.
Minimal permissions.
Flatly only requests access to the bases it creates, leaving the rest of your workspace untouched.
Always in sync.
Scheduled refreshes keep your Airtable tables current so your automations and views are never stale.

FAQ: Airtable

What is unique about this integration?

This integration is available on all Airtable plans and does not require CSV Sync setup or personal tokens. Schema can be adjusted inside Airtable and Flatly will automatically adapt fields based on that schema. Cell limit is based on Airtable plan and not subject to CSV Sync limitations.
